About Us

About LYD NDIS

A registered NDIS provider built around one idea: support should be reliable, dignified, and genuinely built around the person receiving it, not the other way around.

Our Story

Why we exist

LYD NDIS started with a simple frustration shared by too many participants and families across Sydney: providers that were hard to reach, inconsistent with who turned up, and slow to explain what was actually happening with a plan. We built LYD NDIS to be the opposite of that experience, a provider that answers the phone, keeps the same support workers on a case wherever possible, and treats a plan review as a conversation, not paperwork.

Today we support participants across Greater Sydney with personal care, in-home support, community participation, support coordination, transport assistance, and supported independent living, all delivered by workers who hold current NDIS Worker Screening Checks and are matched to a participant's goals, not just their postcode.

Our Values

What guides how we work

Dignity first

Every support session is delivered the way we would want a family member treated: with patience, respect, and choice.

Consistency

We aim to keep the same one or two support workers on a case, because trust takes time to build and shouldn't be reset every visit.

Straight answers

If something in your plan doesn't cover what you need, we tell you plainly and help you find the right path, rather than saying yes to keep a booking.

Accountability

Every worker is screened, every session is logged, and every complaint is taken seriously and followed up in writing.

Local knowledge

Our team knows Western Sydney, South-West Sydney, and the Hills District, not just the NDIS Price Guide.

No lock-in pressure

You can adjust, pause, or leave at any time with reasonable notice. We earn continued trust every session.

LYD NDIS is part of the Launch Your Dream Series, built through VCPility, Sharktech Global's AI-integrated growth agency division. The underlying approach draws on Sharktech Global founder and CEO Dainu Devis's Concurrent Method: a Master of Engineering in Concurrent Product and Process Design from UNSW, applied to designing the offer, the route to market, and the delivery system in parallel rather than in sequence.
